Kayleigh – Service Advisor

Requirement: Kayleigh was working for a logistics firm over in the North East but was due to move to Gretna to be with her partner. During her time at the logistics firm she had undertaken a wide range of duties including gaining an HGV license so she could help out with deliveries. More recently she had worked in the accounts department and gained an AAT qualification. She was flexible when it came to searching for her new role, and this range of experience opened up a variety of directions.

Outline: We initially made contact with Kayleigh after viewing her profile on a national database regarding an accounts position we had available based near to her new location. Whilst Kayleigh was interested and met with our team, the position was unfortunately subsequently cancelled. We had however recognised Kayleigh’s strong potential during our interview and were committed to finding her alternative positions.

Result: Shortly afterwards, as anticipated, Kayleigh was successful in securing a permanent contract with a local haulage company client of ours. She is doing exceptionally well in her new role and is enjoying her new life in Scotland.
