We have a fantastic opportunity within a well-established financial services business. The role of Business Administrator is the perfect opportunity for candidates who have the desire to succeed in assisting the day to day running of the office and supporting business growth.

Duties will include:
 

  • Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests
  • Work closely and liaise with colleagues and departments to provide administrative support
  • Co-ordinate and communicate customer enquiries internally with the relevant department efficiently
  • Data inputting using an internal management system
  • Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
  • Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information
  • Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and overseeing catering during company events

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of working in a customer service based environment
  • Administration skills, demonstrating knowledge of MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Ability to prioritise and understand a customer’s requirements
  • A strong team player
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar operating systems would be advantageous (training will be given)
