Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm

The Role

We are seeking a friendly and approachable Customer Service Advisor to join our clients long standing and reputable company, in Carlisle. The ideal candidate would be critical to the customer experience and ensuring that every customer is met with the highest standard of care.

 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers into the branch and directing them to the required department
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
  • Keep customers informed each step in the process as appropriate
  • Handle complaints or concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and services performed.
  • Support general administrative duties within the department.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail with a customer-first mindset.
