Key responsibilities
- Stay on top of industry trends and best practices in social media management and public relations, keeping strategies sharp and innovative.
- Create captivating, share-worthy content for social media, the website, and email newsletters to keep audiences engaged.
- Work alongside the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives are perfectly aligned with the business goals.
- Manage and refresh the company’s website and social media channels to maintain a dynamic online presence.
- Organise and actively engage in industry events and webinars, elevating our brand’s visibility and presence.
- Track emerging social media trends and tweak strategies to maximize engagement and drive results.
- Promptly respond to comments and messages, fostering a strong sense of community and ongoing interaction.
- Analyse performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed for continual optimization.
Skills/Experience
- A creative thinker.
- Proven track record in a marketing role, with hands-on experience.
- Proficient in navigating digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a flair for engaging audiences.
- Highly self-motivated, able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
