Location: Carlisle
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Contract type: Permanent
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, plus every other Saturday

The Role

NXT Recruitment is recruiting a Parts Advisor to join a well-established dealership in Carlisle. You will be a key part of the aftersales team, responsible for managing parts enquiries, stock control, and ensuring the smooth supply of parts to both technicians and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order and track vehicle parts through manufacturer systems
  • Receive, process, and manage incoming deliveries
  • Pick, pack, and prepare parts for collection or delivery
  • Handle customer and technician parts enquiries in person and by phone
  • Monitor stock levels and complete regular inventory checks
  • Support the wider Aftersales and workshop team as needed
     

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or similar role within the motor trade
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • A proactive and reliable approach to daily tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
