Location: Carlisle
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Contract type: Permanent
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, plus every other Saturday
The Role
NXT Recruitment is recruiting a Parts Advisor to join a well-established dealership in Carlisle. You will be a key part of the aftersales team, responsible for managing parts enquiries, stock control, and ensuring the smooth supply of parts to both technicians and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order and track vehicle parts through manufacturer systems
- Receive, process, and manage incoming deliveries
- Pick, pack, and prepare parts for collection or delivery
- Handle customer and technician parts enquiries in person and by phone
- Monitor stock levels and complete regular inventory checks
- Support the wider Aftersales and workshop team as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or similar role within the motor trade
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A proactive and reliable approach to daily tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
