Salary: £22,000 £24,000
Hours: Full-time

We are excited to be recruiting for a Sales Order Processor on behalf of leading, local manufacturing business who supply products nationwide. 

The role: 

As a Sales Order Processor you will act as the main point of contact for customers as well as well as working closely with Business Development Co-ordinators, Sales Administrators & the Technical Sales Manager to convert and close sales enquiries. 
Key Responsibilities
Adding confirmed Sales orders onto the SAP system including all attachments to prepare the order for correct detailing.
To work alongside all other internal departments to ensure the highest level of customer service.
To work in unison with the sales co-ordinators, administrators & technical detailers to ensure that all relevant details are applied to orders.
Quality check that all inputted lines relate directly to customers request
To assist with processing of quotations when required.
Ensure all attachments are administered to orders for correct adherence to document control.
Request purchase orders when required
This role requires a strong team ethic and a natural ability to perform under pressure as well as: 
A keen eye for detail 
The ability to prioritise and understand a customer’s requirements. 
Knowledge of SAP or similar operating systems would be advantageous (training will be given)
Experienced user of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Preferably experience working in a customer service-based environment.
