Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum + Car allowance
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday (flexi time)

As our client continues to expand, we are seeking a talented Senior People Advisor to join their dynamic HR team.

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated HR professional to provide strategic HR guidance and support to the organisation. The Senior People Advisor will play a key role in driving employee engagement, talent development, and organisational effectiveness initiatives. This position requires a seasoned HR professional with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Duties will include:

  • Serving as a trusted advisor to senior management and department leaders on all people-related matters
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support organisational goals and objectives
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions
  • Overseeing talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of top talent
  • Providing guidance and support on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
  • Conducting training and development initiatives to enhance leadership capabilities and employee skills
  • Leading diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to promote a culture of belonging and respect within the organisation
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and well-being
  • Mentor and coach junior HR team members to support their professional growth and development

Skills and Qualifications:

  • CIPD level 5 qualified or working towards
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
