About us
NXT Recruitment was founded in 2014 by Jason Hodgson and Simon Glencross.
Based in Carlisle with a clear purpose: to give Cumbria a recruitment agency that truly understands its people and businesses. From the beginning, the team focused on doing things differently, going out to find the right talent rather than waiting for applications to arrive. This proactive, people-first approach quickly built trust, with businesses valuing the effort to understand their culture and candidates appreciating the care taken to match them with roles that fit their goals and lifestyle.
