Location: Southern Scotland & Cumbria

NXT Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a leading business that is searching for a Sales Representative to join their growing sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to build strong relationships.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular visits to identify opportunities and generate new business
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service
Provide tailored advice and technical support
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and industry developments
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and business growth

Skills:

Proven experience in agricultural sales
Strong understanding of ruminant production systems (desirable)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently
Team player with a productive and consultative sales approach
IT skills for reporting and communication
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Desire to learn, grow, and develop
