Job type: Full-time
Location: Wigton (Rural)
Pay rate: £23,000
Hours: 07:30 – 16:00 Mon-Thurs
07:30 – 12:45 Friday
Key Responsibilities:
– To maintain stock levels of selected purchased parts and meet production demands.
– To monitor daily purchased parts, stock and reconcile these with forward orders and demand to generate appropriate and accurate orders.
– To expedite, arrange and co-ordinate suppliers' deliveries.
– To monitor selected supplier's performance to maintain high levels of service.
– Conduct requisite administrative work and all transactions throughout the month and at the end of each financial period.
– To acccurately receipt all inward goods deliveries, including ticking requirements.
– Assist in stock taking.
– To provide cover for the departments procurement functions as required to ensure continuity of service.
Requirements:
4 GCSEs or equivalent (preferably English or Maths)
