The role:
To build and lead a dynamic team of recruiters and drive the success NXT Recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the recruitment industry, excellent leadership abilities, and a track record of achieving targets.
As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing the recruitment process, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates to meet our clients' needs.


Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure client satisfaction.
    • Work with clients to define recruitment strategies and provide expert advice on market trends and talent availability.

Team Leadership and Development:

    • Build, lead and motivate a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
    • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the recruitment team.

Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and industries.
    • Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue.

Recruitment Process Management:

    • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both clients and candidates.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the team's performance and implement improvements as needed.

Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:

    • Working with the team to source and screen candidates using various channels, including online platforms, social media, and industry events.
    • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to ensure a strong match with client requirements.

Negotiation and Offer Management:

    • Lead negotiations with clients and candidates, including offer management and contract negotiations.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all recruitment activities.

Market Analysis and Trends:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Use market insights to make informed decisions and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.


  • A proven history in building, leading and developing robust sales teams
  • Demonstrable experience in acheiving/exceeding targets and KPI’s
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly computer literate
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of clients and the business
  • Full UK Drivers Licence
